Representing individuals hurt by someone else's negligence — from making an initial claim through trial.
Disputes between individuals, businesses, and property owners — from a demand letter through Federal District Court litigation.
Traffic and non-violent criminal matters handled by an attorney who has stood on both sides of the courtroom — Kyle began his career as a legal extern with the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and also worked with criminal defendants as an intern at Saint Louis University School of Law's Criminal Defense Clinic.
Kyle handles a wide range of personal injury and civil litigation matters, representing plaintiffs through negotiations, mediation, and trial. He also has a wealth of experience representing individuals and small businesses in contract, real estate, and other civil disputes.
Kyle graduated from the University of Dayton with a business degree before earning his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. After passing the Missouri Bar in 2020, he built his practice handling motor vehicle collision claims and civil disputes in Colorado, before returning home to serve his neighbors in St. Louis — where he expanded his practice areas to include premises liability, workplace injury, medical malpractice, and toxic exposure cases.
As anchoring attorney for Saint Louis University's Trial Advocacy Competition Team, Kyle examined expert witnesses and delivered opening statements and closing arguments in regional and national competition — the kind of trial-tested preparation clients rely on when a case doesn't settle, the product of nearly a decade of mock trial and trial advocacy experience dating back to Mr. Fisher's Eighth Grade Social Studies class at St. Joseph School - in Cottleville, MO.
A competitive challenge-seeker with a passion for helping others, Kyle also serves as Co-Chairman of the Golf Committee at the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Outside the office, he spends his time with family, golfing, cooking, chasing down St. Louis's best coffee, and listening to music.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Kyle is a graduate of St. Louis University High School, the University of Dayton, and Saint Louis University School of Law — his entire education and legal career trace back to this city.
Kyle began his legal career with the St. Louis County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, giving him firsthand insight into how the other side builds a case — perspective he brings to every negotiation and courtroom.
Kyle has practiced personal injury and civil litigation in both Missouri and Colorado courts, handling everything from motor vehicle claims to asbestos and mass tort litigation before returning home to St. Louis.
